We do charge shipping on certain countries & depending on item, however we do offer frequent sales where Free Worldwide Shipping is included!


B. What are your shipping and processing times?

Processing Times

Orders take 1-3 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends & for certain holiday items it may take longer do to higher volume.

United Kingdom: 7-14 days

Canada: 7-14 days (may take longer)

Australia: 7-14 days

Other countries:  15-30 days

C. Delivery Terms:

Final deliveries will be made with UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL,… to deliver the product.

D. Change of Delivery Address:

E. Cancellations:

F. Parcels Damaged In Transit:
  • If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
